The first image does the work.
Your listing gets one frame to earn the click. Here is how we make it count.

Before a buyer reads your description or checks the price, they have already decided whether your listing deserves a closer look. That decision is made on one image, and finding it is the part of this job we love most. Here are the seven things we look for on every shoot.
01 — Perspective

Show the whole property before anyone steps inside.
From above, the lot, the roofline and the backyard finally make sense together. Our drone is licensed, and every aerial is composed with the same care as a ground shot. Your seller sees their home presented in full, and buyers arrive already understanding it.
02 — Light

Bright rooms. True colour. Balanced from floor to sky.
Every interior is balanced so the room reads bright and the windows hold their view. Wood stays warm, whites stay white, and nothing looks overcooked. Outside, every exterior photo is covered by our Blue Sky Guarantee.
03 — Lifestyle

Buyers don’t shop for square footage. They shop for a life.
We frame the moments a home is built for: the pool on a summer afternoon, the patio at the end of the day. It gives buyers a reason to book the showing, and gives your marketing something real to say.
04 — Composition
Primary bath and kitchen.
Straight lines. Calm frames. Nothing to distract.
Verticals stay vertical, horizons stay level, and every room is shot from the angle that explains it best. Clean composition reads as quality, and buyers notice it even when they can’t say why.
05 — Detail
Fireplace surround and wet bar.
Your seller fell for the details. Buyers should too.
The fireplace, the custom bar, the finishes your seller chose with care: these are the features that set a home apart. We give them their own frames, lit so the quality reads instantly. It is how a listing says move-in ready without a single word.
06 — Sequence
Approach, front door, living space.
A great gallery walks buyers through the home like a showing.
We put your gallery in an order that makes sense: the approach, the front door, then the living spaces and the rooms beyond. Buyers build a mental floor plan as they scroll and arrive at the showing feeling they’ve already been inside. Your listing tells a story instead of reading like a camera roll.
07 — Consistency

Every listing you post is a billboard for your brand.
Sellers judge you by the listings you already have. When every home looks this considered, your listings start winning you the next one. We bring the same standard to every shoot, so everything you post looks like it belongs to the same agent.
Why we do this
We genuinely love this job. Fifteen years in media and thirteen in real estate later, walking into a home and finding its best angle still never gets old. We have photographed more than 10,000 homes. Honestly, we’ve lost count.
We treat every listing as if our own brand is on the line, because it is. We care about the agents we shoot for and the sellers who trust them with their home. When your listing goes live and that first image stops the scroll, it’s a good day for all of us.
The HIF standard
Modern Media for the Modern Agent.
Behind every shoot are systems built so HIF runs like clockwork.
24-hour delivery: photo and video within 24 hours of the end of the shoot, with photos usually by 9 AM the next morning.
Licensed drone.
Blue Sky Guarantee on all exterior photos.
